About the role
- Regional Director for AudioNova leading hearing care teams in Southern & Central California. Driving sales success and providing high-quality customer experiences across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve KPIs such as revenue targets, Average Selling Price (ASP), Gross Margin, Local Contribution Margin (LCM), Help Rate and Same Day Help
- Manage, coach and develop a team of Hearing Care Professionals and support employees
- Effectively manage and support change management initiatives
- Willing to travel throughout region and provide ongoing onsite support
- Motivate the team to enthusiastically embrace the policies and procedures of AudioNova
- Ensure the team provides a customer-centered approach
- Ensure all employees are compliant with AudioNova’s local and global policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with other leaders to execute on all talent management initiatives
- Lead strategies to improve engagement across the region
- Collaborate with Real Estate, Facilities & Branding to execute on portfolio management initiatives
- Foster a culture that aligns with the values and vision of AudioNova
- Support the Senior Director, Sales with strategic projects
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, or Equivalent Experience required
- MBA, preferred
- Effective and professional verbal, written, and virtual communication skills
- Strong business acumen
- Marketing and promotion experience
- Solid analytic and problem solving skills
- Strong leadership, coaching, mentorship and counseling skills
- Multi-unit management experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook, especially PowerPoint & Excel
