Responsibilities
Define and execute the IT and digital technology strategy for Colibrium Additive
Lead a global IT team and partner closely with business and functional leaders
Ensure technology investments are aligned to business outcomes, customer value, and GE Aerospace's priorities
Oversee the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of IT systems, networks, applications, and platforms
Define an AI strategy and implementation roadmap for Colibrium Additive
Lead, coach, and develop a global team of IT and DT professionals
Manage IT budget for Colibrium Additive with a strong focus on cost optimization
Develop, implement, and enforce policies, standards, and controls to protect company data
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR Associate’s degree with a minimum of 11 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with a minimum of 13 years of professional experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT or a closely related digital technology domain
Significant leadership experience leading IT or DT professionals and teams
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or one of the designated alternative locations is required.
Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
