- Define and execute the IT and digital technology strategy for Colibrium Additive
- Lead a global IT team and partner closely with business and functional leaders

- Oversee the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of IT systems, networks, applications, and platforms
- Define an AI strategy and implementation roadmap for Colibrium Additive
- Lead, coach, and develop a global team of IT and DT professionals
- Manage IT budget for Colibrium Additive with a strong focus on cost optimization
- Develop, implement, and enforce policies, standards, and controls to protect company data
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR Associate’s degree with a minimum of 11 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with a minimum of 13 years of professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT or a closely related digital technology domain
- Significant leadership experience leading IT or DT professionals and teams
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or one of the designated alternative locations is required.
- Military experience is equivalent to professional experience
