Requirements
- 7 years minimum experience
- 5 years minimum experience in supporting and leading complex industrial acquisitions and developments
- understanding of customer-oriented culture
- experience in structuring industrial Build-to-Suit and speculative leases
- ability to travel as required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or real estate (preferred)
