About the role

  • Account Executive managing the full sales cycle at projo, a SaaS company for architecture firms. Engaging clients through structured sales activities and product presentations in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the entire sales cycle — from qualification, through consulting and demos, to closing.
  • You handle inbound inquiries in a structured way with a strong focus on quality.
  • You identify and win new customers through targeted outbound activities.
  • You deliver tailored product presentations and consultative meetings — remotely and at relevant events or trade shows.
  • You engage with decision-makers at executive and management levels and understand their commercial and operational challenges.
  • You collaborate with the team to develop effective sales approaches, call scripts and best practices.
  • You document your activities, insights and opportunities clearly in the CRM.
  • You bring market feedback from customer conversations back into the company and help refine product and positioning.

Requirements

  • You enjoy working with people, building trust and communicating reliably.
  • You write precisely, work in a structured way and follow up on matters dependably.
  • You combine strong closing skills with a genuine consultative approach.
  • You are curious, eager to learn and want to truly understand a complex product.
  • You show initiative and feel comfortable in an environment where people take ownership rather than just following processes.
  • You communicate very well in German — both written and spoken.
  • Ideally, you have experience in B2B sales, in a SaaS environment, or a good understanding of the architecture, construction or planning industry.
