About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and monitor the execution of activities in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Master Data and Collections.
- Ensure that financial routines comply with internal policies, contractual requirements and regulations applicable to the energy sector.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of financial processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare management reports and financial monitoring presentations.
- Drive process alignment and act as an interface with other company departments and external partners.
- Interact with internal teams and external partners to align processes and resolve outstanding issues.
- Monitor financial indicators, prepare analyses and propose actions to support decision-making.
- Assist in preparing management reports and materials for internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
- Previous experience in financial routines, especially within accounts payable/receivable and collections teams (minimum 3 years).
- Knowledge of the energy market.
- Critical analytical skills, strong organization and a systemic view.
- Ability to work collaboratively and provide operational-technical support to the team.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial management systems (ERP).
- Experience with SAP Business One or similar systems.
