About the role
- Operations & IT Lead driving digital transformation initiatives focusing on AI and automation for SILBERTHAL, a leading kitchen brand in the e-commerce sector.
Responsibilities
- You are part of our leadership team and drive our digital transformation — initially without direct personnel responsibility, but with immediate influence on overall company management.
- AI, automation and intelligent processes are your domain.
- AI-powered ordering system: build an intelligent, automated ordering process
- AI-based customer service system: co-develop a new, scalable support system
- Integrate AI applications and automation into our core processes (n8n, Make, Power Automate, LLMs)
- Evolve and seamlessly connect our system landscape (JTL-Wawi, Shopify Plus, MS365)
- Analyze, simplify and automate processes — together with the teams
- Prepare KPIs, expand control instruments and help shape the operations strategy
Requirements
- Experience in IT, e-commerce or D2C environments — you understand how online retail works
- Solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, ERP systems and system integration
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Power Automate) and AI applications (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Analytical, pragmatic and self-driven — you think in solutions and implement them
- Fluent in German and English.
