About the role

• Lead AI Portfolio & Value realization at Securitas IT leveraging AI for innovative business solutions. Drive adoption and demonstrate value across organizational initiatives with strong stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Increase Securitas’ ability to identify, prioritize, quantify and progress AI opportunities.
• Create structure and momentum across Securitas’ AI portfolio.
• Coordinate high-impact innovation opportunities from framing to handover.
• Enable stronger value realization practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of work experience.
• Proven relationship building and stakeholder management skills across organizational boundaries.
• Strong business acumen with ability to build and evaluate business cases for AI adoption and use cases.
• Proficiency in GenAI concepts and applications.
• Able to have informed conversations about AI capabilities without being a deep technologist.
• Experience with innovation portfolio management and/or design thinking processes.
• Experience in navigating in a decentralized, large, global and complex organization.
• Strong communication skills , including ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with strong execution orientation.
