Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives and continuously optimize digital solutions.
Manage relationships with external technology partners, vendors, and consultants to ensure seamless digital implementation and support.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master’s degree or MBA with a focus on technology or digital transformation (preferred).
Certifications in digital transformation, project management (e.g., PMP), or relevant technology fields (advantageous).
