- Partner with program leads and change managers to shape and deliver change strategies that support successful business transformation across projects.
- Provide senior‑level oversight and support to the design and delivery of change initiatives across workstreams, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and capability uplift.
- Designing and supporting training plans and activities across the teams.
- Developing portfolio communication plans and writing communications in conjunction with corporate affairs communication standards.
- Contribute strategic input to the translation of transformation objectives into practical, executable change plans aligned to business priorities.
- Support the planning, sequencing, and integration of change activities across strategy, design, and implementation phases.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies impacting adoption, advising on mitigation strategies and course corrections.
- Support engagement with senior stakeholders and executives by preparing insights, materials, and recommendations that enable effective sponsorship and decision‑making.
- Champion a people‑centric approach to change, supporting initiatives that enhance leadership alignment and employee experience.
- Work alongside cross‑functional teams to enable delivery of change outcomes, providing clarity, guidance, and problem‑solving support where required.
