Kill underperformers fast, double down on viral hits aggressively.
Own reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and organic conversion metrics.
Use AI for ideation, scripting, editing, captions, repurposing, and localization.
Build repeatable AI workflows to increase output quality and speed.
Leverage AI for trend identification and content personalization.
Run a structured content testing framework across platforms.
Document learnings and turn them into repeatable content playbooks.
A/B test hooks, formats, CTAs, and posting strategies.
Partner with growth, product, community, and brand teams.
Feed content insights back into product messaging and positioning.
Support paid teams with organic learnings and top-performing concepts.
Requirements
3–5 years in organic social content or growth for mobile apps/consumer brands in the US
Proven performance-driven mindset with viral content experience in the US as a key region
Strong data literacy and platform analytics expertise
Hands-on AI tools (Kling, Higgsfield, Sora, Suno, HeyGen etc.) usage, experience automating content workflows using AI
Deep understanding of platform algorithms and content distribution
