Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing digital creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance.
Own the end-to-end creative strategy for paid social and digital content, ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.
Partner closely with Social Advertising and Brand teams to develop and iterate performance-driven creative across key platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
Translate performance data, audience insights, and testing learnings into actionable creative direction and scalable content systems.
Drive innovation in creative production, leveraging new formats, AI tools, and test-and-learn approaches to improve efficiency and results.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior creative leadership role with a strong track record in performance-driven digital content and paid social.
Deep understanding of social platform dynamics and how creative drives performance in algorithm-driven environments.
Experience delivering both brand-led campaigns and high-volume, iterative ad creative.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to link creative decisions to business outcomes and ROI.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
