Requirements
Proven experience of building and leading multi-disciplinary digital creative teams.
Proven experience leading digital creative teams, preferably in entertainment or media.
A track record of producing standout creative that delivers measurable results.
Deep understanding of digital content formats and algorithms on platforms like Reddit and TikTok.
Familiarity with martech stacks and AI tools in content production context.
Experience working with media, data, and marketing teams to translate strategy into creative.
Experience introducing new tools, workflows or technologies to improve creative output.
