About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead a newly established team transforming UKTV's digital presence.
  • Connect brand storytelling with measurable performance outcomes.
  • Work across planning, activation, innovation and reporting.
  • Identify and unlock new opportunities for UKTV.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Build a team that produces creative work that performs brilliantly.
  • Leverage digital-first thinking to enhance brand awareness.
  • Set standards for innovative, insight-led, high-performing content across various platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of building and leading multi-disciplinary digital creative teams.
  • Proven experience leading digital creative teams, preferably in entertainment or media.
  • A track record of producing standout creative that delivers measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of digital content formats and algorithms on platforms like Reddit and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with martech stacks and AI tools in content production context.
  • Experience working with media, data, and marketing teams to translate strategy into creative.
  • Experience introducing new tools, workflows or technologies to improve creative output.
