Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging
Develop innovative UGC and creative ad strategies tailored to Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, leveraging the unique strengths of each platform
Partner with the Creator Manager and clients to identify top-tier talent from our Client's network
Guide and inspire content creators with detailed briefs that give clear direction regarding content needs
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media advertising and UGC
Present creative concepts and campaign results to clients, articulating the strategic rationale and value of UGC, performance statistics, and Motion Design Ads
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Creative Strategist, Art Director, or Copywriter in a creative agency or performance marketing environment.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
Proficiency or familiarity with design and editing tools like Adobe, Figma, or similar is a plus
Proficiency or familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager is a plus
Strong understanding of growth marketing principles and paid social best practices
Excellent communication and presentation skills — you're comfortable presenting strategy and performance results directly to clients
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across multiple client accounts
Passion for building strong, lasting partnerships with clients.
