Responsibilities
Responsible for the entry of all internal international purchase orders and Transparencies purchase orders.
Follow-up and support to internal customers ensuring their requirements are being met.
Ensuring you are working toward good relationships with your counterparts in Shipping/Planning/Logistics/Quality.
Obtaining late order information and notifying customers of any delays with their orders.
Must keep appropriate stakeholders abreast of the problems/solutions pertaining to the customer and achievement of KPIs.
Collaboration that will develop new business processes or to correct/update old processes.
Work with the appropriate stakeholders to conceive and develop solutions to complex administrative problems using professionally accepted techniques, practices, and/or procedures.
Responsible for complying with PPG's export compliance procedures.
Responsible for adhering to the export team's processes and regulations.
Managing a wide range of accounts with individual requirements and expectations.
Requirements

HS Diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3+ years of Customer Service or Exports experience.
Can work well with international organizations.
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles preferred or be willing to attend training.
