Requirements

- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise professional judgment.
- Prior experience in an office environment, volunteer leadership, or project coordination role is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven editing and drafting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be located in Germany or Greece, have valid enrollment from a university and a valid working visa.
