Responsibilities
Plan, develop and manage small- and medium-sized on-site and virtual events that promote brand visibility, perceived value and product/service usage;
Prepare presentations to present the event concept and strategy;
Ensure full application of Grupo Positivo’s Compliance processes at events;
Approve and manage booth/exhibit projects;
Analyze and manage event logistics;
Support supplier/vendor management;
Prepare briefings;
Create a financial analysis for each event and control the annual budget;
Responsible for managing invoices and payments in accordance with company internal policies;
Arrange travel, accommodation and transfers for events;
Support post-event satisfaction surveys and analyze results;
Perform order routines via the company’s specific platforms;
Prepare monthly reports with analyses related to the performance of on-site and virtual events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Events Management or Communications;
Intermediate Office suite skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
Experience in planning, developing and managing events focused on engaging internal/external stakeholders and prospective clients;
Experience with small- and medium-sized events;
Availability to travel (average of 7 days per month);
Valid Category B driver’s license (CNH);
Comfortable driving on highways/roads when required;
Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the Mercês area (hybrid).
