Responsibilities
Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and promotion of opportunities.
Update client records.
Register internship program data, keeping the database up to date.
Direct users to the relevant pages on the Portal according to requested services.
Answer clients' questions about products and services.
Provide service and register new clients.
Assist in maintaining the database (client registration).
Support technical promotion of products.
Handle client inquiries by email, phone and WhatsApp regarding processes.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Business Administration, Marketing (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease using computerized systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle tasks that require focus.
Must have at least one year remaining until graduation to be eligible for the internship.
Must reside in the Federal District (DF).
