About the role
- Intern position at CIEE involved in assisting students and organizations with opportunity registrations and data entries. Providing service assistance to clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Assist students, companies and educational institutions with registering and publicizing opportunities.
- Update client records;
- Enter data for internship programs, keeping the database up to date;
- Direct users to the Portal pages according to requested services;
- Clarify clients' questions about products and services;
- Handle inquiries and register new clients;
- Assist with maintaining the database (client registrations);
- Perform technical promotion of products;
- Provide customer service via email, phone and WhatsApp to inform clients about processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing (technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease working with computerized systems;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to perform tasks that require focus;
- Must have at least 1 year remaining until graduation/eligibility to intern;
- Must reside in São Paulo (SP).
