Responsibilities
- Project Lead for Porsche Centre Hospitality Programme
- Develop commercial relationships between Motorsport and Porsche Centres
- Assist with race weekend admin, including hotel bookings, Championship Bulletins, management of Race Centre, Sponsor Hospitality Programme, Working Documents, Paddock Plans
- Assist with finance matters relating to Event Management (SAP and Concur)
- Liaison with external suppliers with joint event responsibility
- Liaison with PCGB departments where necessary
Requirements
- A Level education with experience in planning Events and working in the Hospitality sector
- Experience in Hospitality, Events or live Event operations
- Experience in Event Planning
- Strong communication skills and experienced in managing multiple projects
- Knowledge of, or interest in Motorsport
