Responsibilities

• You will join a sprint team composed of a Product Manager, Engineering Lead, Engineers, and QA. Your focus will be delivering features that enable customers to Self Serve solutions to problems
• You’ll work closely with your Product Manager on discovery
• You will work with Stakeholders and Users to understand their goals, you will validate assumptions, and articulate design decisions to the sprint team, wireframe, produce mockups, make Figma components, prototypes, and handoff designs for the sprint team to build
• You will design simple solutions for complex problems, you work to solve the problems long term rather than deliver quick fixes

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working in Product Design, or equivalent experience
• You thrive in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closing with Product, Engineering, Users, and Stakeholders
• You are looking to work with a small yet mighty team of 5 Designers who value collaboration, critical thinking, and excellence
• You have experience with Figma, design systems, platform-level shared components, designing for the web and mobile, and conducting lean user research
• You know how to speak with Engineers, and how to implement designs
• You are a team player, and your excited to work with a small yet mighty team of Designers to learn and improve shared systems, processes, and ways of working
• You reason with first principles thinking, and scope designs for practicality and timelines
• You design for Systems, and have a knack for clean and accurate Information Architecture
• You have experience with data-driven design, psychology, and enjoy learning the industry you design for.
