Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate employee records in our HRMS (BambooHR)
Preparing contracts, offer letters and HR documentation
Supporting onboarding and offboarding administration
Managing right to work checks and compliance paperwork
Tracking probation reviews and key HR deadlines
Supporting documentation required for ISO and audit purposes
Posting job adverts
Coordinating interviews
Managing candidate communication
Supporting offer and pre-boarding documentation
Collating payroll changes for submission
Supporting benefits administration
Maintaining absence and holiday records
Supporting engagement surveys and feedback processes
Coordinating training bookings
Supporting appraisal administration
Helping maintain HR policies and documentation
Requirements
Previous HR administration experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using HR systems (experience with BambooHR desirable)
Working knowledge of UK employment basics
Confident communicator who can build positive relationships
Able to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) (Stuff we’d love, but isn’t essential...)
Experience in a growing SME
Experience working in a compliance-focused environment
Experience working in a hybrid role
