About the role
- Compensation Partner responsible for advising on compensation matters at PointClickCare. Collaborating with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to support client groups across Canada and the US.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration and delivery of compensation programs (salary, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives) to support the attraction and retention of talent.
- Partners with the Human Resource Business Partner, People Experience, and Talent Acquisition teams to provide advice to the client groups on and formulate creative solutions on compensation-related issues.
- Evaluates new or materially changed jobs and analyzes market compensation.
- Meets with business leaders to gather additional context to support job evaluation and market pricing.
- Supports the annual compensation planning cycle.
- Contributes to participation in annual compensation surveys.
Requirements
- Experience providing compensation advice to client groups
- Possesses knowledge and understanding of compensation design practices, market insights, and industry trends.
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience working with and manipulating large datasets
- CCP Designation (preferred)
- Experience working with Engineering & Technology jobs (preferred)
- Experience with Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, and/or Aon Radford compensation surveys (preferred)
- AI Fluency with tools like Copilot (preferred)
- HCM/HRIS integrations experience (preferred)
