Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced Java expertise
- Core Java
- Spring Boot microservices
- RESTful API design and implementation
- Source control using Git
- OAuth 2.0 and JWT security models
- API management platforms (Apigee)
- Strong understanding of modern security best practices
- Strong experience improving application observability in enterprise environments
- Hands on experience with Dynatrace for APM, performance analysis, and root cause investigation
- Experience using Elastic Search / Elastic Stack for centralized logging, querying, and correlation
- Understanding of distributed systems monitoring, metrics, and tracing
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or equivalent)
- Experience leading and influencing engineers without direct authority
- Proven ability to resolve complex production, performance, and reliability issues
