Responsibilities
ensures daily operational excellence
verifying that all core systems are functioning properly
connects with team members to assess workloads and address immediate concerns
leads or participates in daily team huddles to review work reports and escalations
approves service requests through the portal
assists team members with past due items and account issues
supports loan administrators in managing their portfolios
participates in leadership meetings
collaborates with technology partners on system enhancements and project implementations
ensures team certifications and training remain current
monitoring audit controls and compliance items
maintains and updates departmental procedures
oversees end of day processes to ensure work completion and accuracy
Requirements
5+ years of related experience
at least 2 years of previous supervisory experience
strong Excel proficiency
general technical competency
willingness to learn ACBS
preferred experience includes general loan servicing, with a strong preference for syndicated loan expertise
nice to have exposure to CLO/AMG operations and project management
