Leverage customer insights and market trends to inform experience enhancements.
Facilitate intake and briefing processes to ensure clarity and alignment across stakeholders.
Support creative development and content workflows using our Adobe suite of products.
Monitor KPIs and business results for digital experiences, and recommend optimizations that improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Execute customer-focused quality assessments and support risk management, compliance, and audit needs.
Requirements
2+ years of relevant professional experience
High level of organization and attention to detail
Strong communication and project management skills
Analytical orientation to performance measurement
Customer focus with the ability to identify and respond to diverse customer needs
Ability to operate within matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
Digital marketing and design experience
Familiarity using a content management system
Experience managing cross functional projects
Comfort analyzing data to make informed recommendations
Use of Adobe digital platforms is a plus
