Several years of experience in strategic Account Management or Customer Success Management
Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in upselling and customer growth
Excellent communication skills in German and English (business fluent / negotiation-level)
Experience managing enterprise customers and complex stakeholder structures
Analytical thinking and the ability to make data-driven decisions
