Responsibilities
Own Japan market revenue growth, driving GMV, conversion, and profitability across DTC, Amazon, and offline channels.
Develop and execute data-driven go-to-market strategies, including pricing, promotions, and channel mix optimization.
Analyze and optimize full-funnel performance (traffic → conversion → retention) to improve ROI and efficiency.
Lead e-commerce growth initiatives (Amazon & DTC), including campaign planning, merchandising, and performance optimization.

Requirements
7+ years of experience in GTM, Growth, E-commerce, or Revenue roles with direct ownership of business outcomes.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth (GMV, sales, ROI).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions (Excel, BI, analytics tools).
Hands-on experience with Amazon, DTC (Shopify or equivalent), or digital commerce platforms.
Strong business acumen (pricing, margin, channel strategy) with the ability to operate in fast-paced environments; business-level English required, Japanese preferred.
