Responsibilities
Sales operations & pipeline support
Maintenance and development of our lead database (Airtable/HubSpot)
Follow-up organization and scheduling
Preparation of client materials and proposals
Lead research & outreach
Identification of suitable target customers (CXOs, mid-sized companies/industrial clients)
Preparation of personalized LinkedIn messages
Coordination of initial meetings
Support with repurposing LinkedIn content
Creating short research snippets on cybersecurity/NIS2 topics
Contributing to presentations, PDF assets & emails
Assisting the founder with day-to-day operations
Requirements
Self-motivated, structured and reliable
Enjoys communication (written & digital)
Strong willingness to learn and excellent organizational skills
Curiosity about topics such as IT security, compliance, leadership & mid-sized businesses (SMEs)
Experience in sales/business development or social selling (nice-to-have)
Initial experience in a B2B or consulting environment (nice-to-have)
