Responsibilities
Execute and verify payroll routines (hiring/onboarding, vacation, termination, leaves/absences, garnishments/child support, contributions and ancillary obligations)
Process and validate contributions/withholdings (INSS, FGTS, IRRF)
Responsible for submitting and reviewing events in eSocial (periodic and non-periodic)
Act as the corporate support point for employees on payroll matters
Support improvements to processes and internal controls within the area.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields
Specialization in Labor Legislation or Personnel/Payroll Administration is desirable
Experience with payroll routines and calculations
Experience with eSocial (submissions and closures such as S-1200, S-1210, S-1299, etc.)
Knowledge of labor legislation as applied to payroll
Knowledge of social contributions and ancillary obligations
Experience with TOTVS Datasul system is a plus
Intermediate Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office
