About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversees biweekly payroll processing and full‑cycle accounts payable for accurate and compliant financial operations
- Reviews payroll for accuracy and prepares labor and payroll analytics
- Ensures proper expense allocation and reconciles 401(k) contributions
- Partners with HR and the payroll vendor to improve automation and maximize ADP functionality
- Ensures invoices align with contracts and maintains accurate coding and expense distributions
- Monitors vendor terms and manages AP reconciliations
- Prepares cash requirement projections and ensures audit‑ready documentation
- Contributes to ongoing process improvements across both functions
Requirements
- Bachelors degree required, preferably in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting and payroll experience including prior supervisory experience.
