Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely payments to suppliers in accordance with approved purchase orders;
- Support the preparation of actual, forecasted, and budgeted cash flow;
- Ensure financial information for registered suppliers is kept up to date in the system;
- Ensure daily reconciliation of customer receipts and management of credits pending reconciliation;
- Perform daily reconciliation of received amounts against the receipts control system (ERP) and bank statements;
- Gather supporting payment and receipt documentation to satisfy audit requirements;
- Perform horizontal and vertical analyses of cash flow and variances versus forecast/budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- Previous experience in financial routines (accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations);
- Knowledge of cash flow, budgeting, and variance analysis;
- Experience with ERP systems (Benner desirable);
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel;
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks;
- Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams and suppliers.
