Responsibilities
Deliver day-to-day tasks across email, social media, and paid channels to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
Take ownership of internal and external event logistics, including booking, coordinating attendance, and managing equipment
Assist with campaign setup within our CRM and automation tools, ensuring accurate lead capture for sales teams
Liaise with our Design Studio to brief and traffic creative assets, ensuring all content meets deadlines and brand standards
Maintain campaign trackers and reporting inputs, using AI tools to analyse data and suggest optimisations for future activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal departments and external partners to ensure cohesive campaign reach
Requirements
Demonstrated experience working in a marketing role or a closely related field
Solid foundational understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, email, and social media
Exceptional coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple logistics, deadlines, and asset requests simultaneously
Eagerness to master new tools and processes, specifically CRM systems, automation platforms, and reporting software
Comfortable working with data and interested in applying AI to improve campaign performance
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within the Product Line team and the wider global organisation
