About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee software product lifecycle and commercial strategy for Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC)
- Drive lifecycle management within the PDLM framework
- Responsible for product and solution development and preparing business cases
- Coordinate pricing across product lines
- Develop customer-centric value propositions
- Partner with R&D, UX, and cross-functional teams
- Lead execution of global go-to-market strategies
- Support onboarding and migration for new customers
- Establish and track clear product success metrics
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years experience with a Master's degree in product or solutions innovation, business management, or product management within telehealth, medical devices, or regulated healthcare information systems
- Experience with APP solutions
- Knowledge of medical device interconnectivity technologies
- Critical thinking & planning skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to travel up to 25%
