Responsibilities
Leads the Access Marketing group within the greater US Market Access organization
Develops and executes best-in-class market access strategies
Ensures development of strong access operating plans and strategies aligned with Brand goals
Works closely with USMA functional teams
Builds and maintains productive, collaborative relationships with key senior level stakeholders
Ensures tight alignment and execution between Global and US multi-functional teams
Anticipates and monitors healthcare policy changes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
15 years of experience w/bachelor’s degree, 13 years with Masters, 10 years with PhD or JD
Previous recent team leadership / leading leaders experience
Strong consultative skills and emotional intelligence
Experience in the Healthcare sector including experience and demonstrated success within a Marketing Leadership function with both Brand and Access marketing experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
