About the role
- QMS Revolution Translation Coordinator managing the global translations process for pharmaceutical projects. Collaborating with multiple partners to ensure timely delivery and quality completion of translations.
Responsibilities
- The Translation Coordinator enables, informs, and influences key partners who impact or are impacted by the translation process.
- Serve as primary communicator of risks to on-time completions to applicable levels within the organization to ensure timely mitigation and or necessary timeline adjustments.
- Create and maintain visibility of translation status with leading indicators to signal when support is needed.
- Author and maintain the Global Translations Process Business Guidance Document.
Requirements
- Must-Have Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with 0+ years of experience; OR an associate's degree with 4 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience.
- Project Management experience in a Biopharmaceutical or other regulated environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organization, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, multilingual fluency preferred.
