About the role
- Packaging Artwork Coordinator managing end-to-end artwork lifecycle for Perrigo's branded portfolio. Ensuring compliance and accuracy while coordinating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end packaging artwork lifecycle from brief to final approval
- Create and track project timelines to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate artwork changes driven by product updates, regulatory requirements, or brand initiatives
- Upload, route, and archive artwork in digital workflow systems (e.g., Esko WebCenter, AMS)
- Review artwork for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand and regulatory standards
- Communicate project status, risks, and timelines to stakeholders
- Liaise with external agencies, printers, and packaging suppliers
- Maintain trackers, databases, and version histories
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in artwork workflow processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Marketing, Design, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Experience in artwork coordination, packaging production, or project management
- Familiarity with artwork management systems (Esko, AMS, WebCenter) is a plus
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and regulatory labeling requirements desirable
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent English is required.
