Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and implementation of brand strategies that strengthen brand awareness, market positioning, and consumer loyalty.
Safeguard the brand’s image, tone, and personality.
Plan and execute impactful product launches that drive visibility and commercial success.
Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Media & Digital team and external agencies.
Leverage centrally led market research and consumer insights to understand target audiences, their needs, preferences, and behaviors.
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Track and analyze key brand performance metrics such as market share, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in FMCG or OTC marketing
Relevant higher education, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Proven experience in product innovation and NPD processes, business marketing, and P&L management
Strong track record in brand and advertising strategy, asset production, and media planning
Native Dutch speaker with very good English skills; French is a plus
Experience leading cross-functional, international projects within a corporate environment
