About the role
- Financial Reporting Analyst executing daily and monthly reporting activities for U.S. compliance. Collaborates with Local Finance and prepares financial statements while ensuring accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily and monthly Financial Reporting activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure the quality of accounting information and accurate reporting to Headquarters for U.S.-based companies.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations and financial statement variance analysis.
- Manage tasks related to Asset & Lease Accounting.
- Prepare explanatory notes for quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Understand the end-to-end (E2E) process and its impact on Financial Reporting and other work areas.
- Effectively drive process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Participate in local, regional, and global projects, both in development and implementation stages.
- Collaborate in audits, internal controls, change implementations, and other key organizational projects.
Requirements
- Advanced student or graduate in Certified Public Accounting or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience in accounting or related areas
- Mandatory advanced English, both oral and written
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel. Experience with Macros, databases, Power BI, and SAP is a plus.
