- Interacts with upper management in communicating project status, issues and resourcing.
Requirements
- BA/BS in Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field and 10-12 years of post-baccalaureate laboratory experience or MS in Molecular Biology, Chemistry or related field and 9-11 years of laboratory experience post-MS without thesis (8-10 years with thesis) or PhD in Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field and 5-7 years of industrial experience with no post-doctoral research experience (4-6 years with industrial experience)
- Project or technical leadership experience required
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of the following experience: Managing groups of scientists responsible for different projects who represent R&D on Core Teams.
