Product Manager driving product vision and execution for Frank, an e-commerce logistics platform. Collaborating across teams to enhance user experience and deliver business impact.
Responsibilities
Define and evolve Frank’s product vision in line with business objectives
Build the product roadmap (short / medium term) and prioritize initiatives
Identify growth opportunities (new services, features, optimizations)
Deeply understand user needs (individual consumers, small businesses, sellers)
Conduct user interviews, journey analyses, tests, and feedback loops
Write PRDs / user stories / functional specs
Work daily with the tech teams (dev lead, internal/external developers)
Define and track product KPIs (activation, conversion, retention, NPS, etc.)
Work closely with business, marketing, operations, and customer support
Serve as the internal product point of reference
Requirements
3 to 6 years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent role)
Experience with B2C digital products or marketplaces (ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS)
Strong mastery of product methodologies (discovery, delivery, agile, OKRs)
Comfortable with data and product analytics tools
Fluent English is a must.
