Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a contact centre or similar customer-facing support role
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Maltese
Confident in handling customer communications via phone and email in a professional, service-driven manner
Skilled in using case or ticketing systems to manage and resolve requests
Familiarity with business software tools like Outlook, Excel, and virtual phone systems
Meticulous attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented approach to tasks
Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support others across operational teams
