Responsibilities
- Responsible for the complete and timely execution of monthly payroll processing for our clients
- Advising and supporting clients on all payroll and payroll-related employment law matters
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations and collective bargaining agreements in payroll processing
- Analyzing and optimizing existing payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Guiding and training junior team members and taking on complex special projects in the payroll area
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in payroll, ideally in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of income tax and social insurance law as well as employment law
- Experience with common payroll systems and HR software
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
