Responsibilities
Soporte de Onboarding y Aprendizaje

Compromiso de Empleados y Comunicaciones
Preparar y distribuir boletines de cumpleaños a nivel compañía.
Coordinar y enviar regalos de cumpleaños a los miembros del equipo de People.
Gestionar las comunicaciones y actas de las reuniones All-Hands.
Mantener y apoyar las presentaciones de principios de la compañía y sesiones de deep dive.
Soporte General de People
Brindar apoyo administrativo, organización de recursos y mantenimiento de procesos.
Contribuir a la mejora de flujos de trabajo, documentación y puntos de contacto de la experiencia del empleado.
Requirements
Actualmente cursando o recién egresado/a de una licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas, Comunicación o un campo relacionado.
Sólidas habilidades organizativas y gran atención al detalle.
Comunicación clara y proactiva.
Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y plazos de manera efectiva.
Interés en Recursos Humanos, onboarding, aprendizaje y desarrollo, comunicaciones internas o desarrollo organizacional.
