Responsibilities
Develop new customers (field prospecting, referrals, networking, etc.)
Meet with restaurant owners/operators, understand their needs and propose the right solution
Convert existing merchants to our POS + integrated payment solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored offers
Manage the full sales cycle: contact → proposal → negotiation → signature → implementation
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, integrations, support, marketing)
Provide strong client follow-up and build long-term relationships
Update opportunities and activities in the PayFacto CRM
Achieve (and exceed!) your sales targets
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales and business development
Experience in the restaurant industry (major asset)
Comfortable with prospecting and consultative selling
Strong communicator, results- and customer-oriented
Organized, autonomous, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Willing to travel and occasionally work outside regular hours (depending on clients)
