• Manage reconstruction projects from scope and estimate through completion

• Communicate clearly and consistently with homeowners, adjusters, and stakeholders
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress meetings
• Resolve challenges proactively and keep projects moving forward
• Uphold Paul Davis standards for safety, service, and craftsmanship

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in construction or restoration
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial reconstruction
• Xactimate experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Customer-first mindset with polished communication abilities
• Ability to juggle multiple active projects
• Valid driver’s license and comfort traveling to job sites
