Responsibilities
Support in identifying potential Parcelly locations in Germany (research, initial outreach, data maintenance)
Assist with outbound calls and email communication with potential partners
Prepare presentations and informational materials
Support onboarding of new site partners
Maintain our CRM system and technology platform
Assist the Network team with operational tasks and projects
Support customer service inquiries (business partners & end customers) under guidance
Attend internal meetings, take notes, and conduct small research tasks
Participate in product tests and feedback loops for continuous improvement
Requirements
Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s), ideally in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields
Very good German skills and good to very good English skills
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in interacting with various stakeholders
Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
Team-oriented with a hands-on mentality
Good IT user skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage)
Interest in business models, technology, e-commerce, or logistics
Motivation to support local businesses and help shape innovative logistics solutions
