Responsibilities
Monitor the progress of portfolio activities to maintain the most accurate and reliable information for each registered initiative;
Assess execution and business risks of projects;
Prepare executive and strategic presentations that demonstrate portfolio status;
Critically analyze reports and implement continuous improvement in project monitoring;
Develop and implement governance frameworks to monitor initiative progress;
Ensure compliance with governance and internal processes;
Conduct feasibility studies and financial impact analyses of initiatives;
Facilitate workshops and meetings to foster understanding and collaboration among stakeholders;
Promote team training in value-management methodologies and apply standard governance procedures.
Requirements
Proven experience in project and program management, preferably in corporate banking or related environments;
Knowledge of agile methodologies and at least 2 years of portfolio management experience;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
Knowledge and proficiency in WSJF calculation.
