About the role
- Senior Portfolio Analyst managing project evaluations and team collaboration in financial services. Ensuring compliance and strategic reporting on portfolio performance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of portfolio activities to maintain the most accurate and reliable information for each registered initiative;
- Assess execution and business risks of projects;
- Prepare executive and strategic presentations that demonstrate portfolio status;
- Critically analyze reports and implement continuous improvement in project monitoring;
- Develop and implement governance frameworks to monitor initiative progress;
- Ensure compliance with governance and internal processes;
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial impact analyses of initiatives;
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to foster understanding and collaboration among stakeholders;
- Promote team training in value-management methodologies and apply standard governance procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project and program management, preferably in corporate banking or related environments;
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and at least 2 years of portfolio management experience;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
- Knowledge and proficiency in WSJF calculation.
