About the role
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities at PALS, Inc. in a collaborative and trauma-informed care environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Create and oversee individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Train and support direct support staff and caregivers

- Monitor data and outcomes, modifying interventions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities
- Experience supporting individuals with trauma preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
