Responsibilities
You take strategic ownership of our B2B (Key) accounts — from structured onboarding to the long-term development of profitable partnerships.
As the primary point of contact for our renowned business partners, you handle complex issues independently, proactively and with a clear solution focus.
You extract targeted strategic insights from interactions with clients and internal processes — and actively drive the further development of our products, services and workflows on that basis.
You ensure the quality and continuous improvement of our CRM system and optimize it continuously with respect to efficiency, scalability and user experience.
You analyze market trends, competitor activities and relevant KPIs and derive concrete measures to strengthen and scale our partnerships.
You represent PAIR Finance confidently at trade shows, conferences and industry events, and you purposefully and sustainably expand our strategic network.
You actively shape cross-functional strategic projects in Partnerships, Sales and Operations — with high personal responsibility and scope for decision-making.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification.
Several years of proven experience in B2B (Key) Account Management or Partnership Management, ideally in a senior role.
Strong partner orientation with a deep understanding of the strategic needs of business clients and a consistently solution-oriented approach.
Strong analytical thinking and very good Excel skills for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication skills at all levels: excellent German language skills as well as confident English skills, both written and spoken.
