Responsibilities
Diseñar y optimizar campañas según el momento del cliente.
Crear y gestionar automatizaciones (onboarding, inactividad, reactivación, cross-sell).
Analizar métricas clave y detectar oportunidades de mejora.
Construir segmentaciones en base a comportamiento y datos disponibles.
Trabajar con BI, Tech, Marketing y Producto para convertir datos en acciones concretas que mejoren la activación y conversión.
Realizar A/B tests para optimizar mensajes, canales y timing.
Acompañar lanzamientos de nuevas funcionalidades o productos.
Velar por la correcta configuración y calidad de datos en la herramienta de engagement.
Requirements
Estudiante avanzado de Economía, Finanzas, Estadística, Ciencia de Datos o carreras afines.
Experiencia con herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI, Tableau, Looker o similares).
Buen manejo de SQL.
Experiencia en roles vinculados a CRM, campañas o engagement en entornos digitales.
Capacidad para interpretar datos y transformarlos en acciones concretas.
